We do not design, sell, or install solar systems. We do not guarantee that you will receive quotes, that any installer will contact you, or that any installation will be performed.
2. Eligibility
By submitting a quote request, you confirm that you are:
- At least 18 years old
- The property owner or an authorized representative of the property owner
- Located in the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area of Texas
3. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a quote request. Providing false or misleading information may result in removal from our service and notification of matched installers.
4. No Guarantee of Service
Submitting a quote request does not guarantee:
- That you will receive a quote from any installer
- That any installer will contact you within a specific timeframe
- That any installer will be available or qualified for your project
- Any particular price, timeline, savings estimate, or outcome
All arrangements, contracts, warranties, pricing, and work are solely between you and the solar installation company you choose to hire. Dallas Solar Offers is not a party to any agreement between you and an installer.
5. Installer Independence
Solar installation companies matched through Dallas Solar Offers are independent businesses. Dallas Solar Offers does not employ, supervise, or control any installer. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or timeliness of any work performed by an installer, any quotes provided, any contracts signed, or any disputes that arise between you and an installer.
6. Consent to Be Contacted
By submitting your contact information, you consent to being contacted by matched solar installation companies via phone, email, or text message regarding your quote request. Standard message and data rates may apply for text messages. You may opt out of further contact at any time by emailing dallassolaroffers@gmail.com.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Dallas Solar Offers and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and the referral service are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Dallas Solar Offers makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information on the Site, the suitability of solar energy for your home, or the quality of any installer in our network.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dallas Solar Offers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or the referral service, including any work performed by a matched installer. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dallas Solar Offers, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Site, your submission of inaccurate information, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
